Bride to be groomed up
If Your bride and groomed to behave opted to adorn tables with fairy lights in glass jars inside a rustic barn whilst you sit on giggle-pigged chair and bails of hay there’s a few things you need to think about outfit-wise.
The day can be just as magical as a guest (providing the hay fever sufferers among you bring required medication of course). When it comes to your outfit, be ready to embrace the full on nature of the day.
How often will you get to spend a day dressed up, in a sunny (fingers crossed) field with a big group of friends? When will you next be able to wear a tulle embroidered dress with a floral crown and not get stared at? The answer is not at Marks & Spencer doing a weekly shop on Saturday afternoon.
If this isn’t your usual style why not try and embrace it, it’s only for one day after all. If you really cant stand it, go less tulle and more neutral or pastel colors. One thing to remember is that you will be in a field, and with this comes mud, so make sure you don’t start sinking into the ground and consider a cute pair of pumps. If you must wear heels, opt for a wedge or block heel, preferably with straps to avoid any shoe-stuck-in-mud type accidents.
